Q: What kind motors you can provide?
We primarily offer an array of motors including DC motors, DC gear motors, BLDC motors, and Servo motors. They are ideally suited for an extensive range of applications such as automotive, agricultural machinery, pumps, gardening tools, medical actuators, lifting columns, desk columns, home furniture, kitchen aids, robotics, and garage door operators, among many others.
Q: Is it possible to visit your factory
A: Absolutely! We warmly welcome visits. Kindly notify us a few days in advance, allowing us to accommodate your schedule. Enjoy a comprehensive tour, factory visit, and let us address any challenges you might face.
Q: Can I get some samples
That depends. If you need a few samples for personal use or replacements, it's challenging as our motors are custom-made, with no stock unless there's a demand. However, for sample testing prior to a confirmed order, meeting our MOQ, price, and terms, we'd happily provide samples.
Q: Is there a MOQ for your motors?
A: Certainly, our MOQ ranges from 1,000 to 10,000 pieces depending on the model after sample approval. Nevertheless, we're flexible and can accommodate smaller batches ranging from a few dozens to thousands.
Q: How to delivery?
A: By sea - The buyer can appoint a forwarder, or we will gladly assist in finding an ideal forwarder for your needs.
By air - Buyers can provide a collect express account, or we can arrange for an efficient express service (typically for samples).
Others - For samples, we typically use DHL, UPS, TNT, and FedEx. We ensure seamless delivery to your specified location in China.
